Who We Are
SimplyIOP ("we," "us") provides consulting, technology, and data services that help churches and non-profit organizations enhance their giving programs. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information on this website and in the course of our services.
Information We Collect
- Contact information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, and organization when you request a consult or contact us. Our consult form is processed by Jotform on our behalf.
- Client data we process for our clients — donor and member records (names, contact details, and giving history) that client organizations entrust to us for services such as data scrubbing, CRM migration, and donor analytics. We process this data on the client's behalf and under their direction.
- Usage information — standard web log data such as browser type, pages visited, and referring pages, used to keep the site working and understand how it is used.
How We Use Information
- To respond to consult requests and provide our services.
- To perform contracted work for client organizations, including data cleanup, segmentation, and campaign support.
- To improve this website and our services.
- To meet legal and contractual obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use donor or member data entrusted to us by one client for the benefit of any other client, and we never use it for advertising.
Sharing & Service Providers
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — such as form processing (Jotform), website hosting, and email — and only as needed to provide our services. These providers are bound to use the information solely on our instructions. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Data Security & Retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, and we retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Client donor data is returned or deleted at the end of an engagement according to the client agreement.
Your Choices & Rights
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
- Donors or members of a client organization should direct requests to that organization; we will support the client in honoring them.
- You may opt out of any marketing email by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for organizational audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes & Contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Questions or requests: contact us through our consult form or email egarrison@wte.net.
